Journal 5- Courage Within

The Two boys saw something that they didn’t think possible. Living in Africa, especially in the poor areas, was really rough for them. So young and warriors living on their own, all they had to their name was a hammer. The two boys, Johnny and Zachery, didn’t see how a hammer can ever be useful to them, until today. Abandoned in their village was a red car. Fascinated and nervous at the same time the two boys wanted to snoop around, but were afraid of the consequences. Finally Johnny anticipation was driving him mad, he could feel his sweat drip slowly right to the ground, finally he got up, “I’m doing it,” he said. Zachery was astonished, did his ears deceive him or did his best friend say he would be foolish enough to snoop into the car. Zachery decided to stay in the hut and Johnny shrugged and went to the car. The next thing you know Zachery heard a bullet go off and just in that moment he realized his heart stopped completely.
