Journal #2 Sandra

Sandra slowly walks deeper toward the ocean as it rises up to her waist.

As the water reaches towards her waist, she feels it surrounding her. She looks up to see the bright moon reflecting the cold empty ocean.

The intensity of the wave brings her closer and closer to the moon. She realizes that she is losing control of her fragile body and decides to close her eyes as the wave brings her closer to the abyss.

When she re-opens it she sees a huge wave coming towards her and embraced it with open arms. The huge wave had engulfed her entire body and the impact of the wave had dragged her feet up towards the surface. She sees the moon in the water and the brightness of the moon reflects her back to when she was in the ER room.

It reminded her of when the doctors thought she was mentally crazy and strapped her down. Testing her, drugging her, remembering her parents stayed by and did nothing to save her. She knew then that this world was not meant for her and that she would quickly like to perish from it so that she could be set free from this nightmare. All she could do was look into the light until the drugs finally made her past out.

When she re-open them she realized she was back in the ocean. She was starting to throw up a lot of water; she knew that her death was very near. She coughed up one more bubble before reaching out to the moon and made a smile. She was finally content and knew that she was going home.
